The domain LAU.COM is owned by Richard Lau, formerly of mydomain.com and namesdirect.com. Richard left in 2002 (see his farewell message) and now is an independant Internet Domain Name Consultant, specializing in Registrars, Domain Name Management, Monetization and Domain Hijacking Recovery (see: http://icannwiki.org/Richard_Lau )

A few years ago was awarded the title of "Domainer of the Year" which was covered by DNJournal.com in their TRAFFIC 2004 Report, but more recently, in Sept 2007, Richard was quoted in the Wall Street Journal.
